Alice and Olivier De Moor planted their first vines in 1989, but really started the De Moor estate in 1994, when they had 4 hectares of vineyards. Unlike the classical Burgundy winemaking approach, they immediately focused on making pure, natural wines. The De Moors have worked their vines organically since 2005, using gentle vinification processes for the wines, ensuring the most natural and respectful use of their terroir.
