Gourt de Mautens, Rhône
Gourt de Mautens itself was created by Jerôme Bressy in 1996 at the age of 23. But the vines were owned by Jerôme's father, Yves, and were farmed organically since 1989. Over the years, the 13 hectares has become certified organic and biodynamic. Self regulation of the vines and old vines makes the yield pretty low.
