Denise & James Erskine

Jauma, Australia

La Cabane, Hong Kong

The Erskines live and work in South Australia, in the Adelaide Hills. Denise and James Erskine, the owners and managers of Jauma, produce hand-crafted wines. Their first vintage was in 2010. All of the vineyards are managed by Fiona Wood and the ones grown on McLaren Vale are farmed biodynamically and bottled with minimal sulfites. Jauma is a founding member of the Natural Wine Theory, a group formed in Australia a few years ago that is committed to sustainable viticulture and biodynamic principles.
