Domaine Mont de Marie, Languedoc-Roussillon
Thierry Forestier, son of a winemaking family in the Costières de Nimes, created his own domain Mont de Marie in 2004, to separate himself from his family's business and be able to fully express himself through his wines.
He farms without the use of herbicides or insecticides, using only copper and sulphur to fight mildew, and all of his vinifications are done without any intervention.
"Sulfites weigh down the wine. A wine without additives and with very little sulfites offers energy, we feel emotion." - Thierry Forestier
